Toni Ruiz named Mango president ad interim after Isak Andic’s death

Toni Ruiz, Mango's CEO and vice-chairman of the board of directors, will assume the role of president held by Isak Andic, who died in a mountaineering accident on December 14, until a new president will be appointed, Mango said in a statement on Friday.

Ruiz joined Mango in 2015 as CFO, a post he held until he was appointed CEO in 2018, becoming “the company's chief executive officer following Isak Andic's decision to step down from an executive role.”

“Toni Ruiz has been the architect of the transformation of Mango ever since he joined the company, achieving the best results in Mango's history in 2023, with growth higher than the market’s and a healthy financial situation,” said Mango.
